RingBack

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These terms are between you and Shan Akiraj (sole proprietor), operating the RingBack service.

What RingBack does

RingBack provides a phone number for your business. When a caller dials it and you don't answer, RingBack sends the caller a text message, asks what they need, and delivers a lead summary to you by text and email.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to use the business phone number you connect, and to receive calls and messages on behalf of the business.
  • You are responsible for responding to the leads RingBack hands you.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier messaging rules.
  • You may not use RingBack to send unsolicited marketing messages, spam, or any unlawful content.

Messaging compliance

RingBack sends messages only in response to inbound calls placed by the recipient. Every message includes opt-out instructions, and STOP requests are honored automatically. If you use RingBack numbers for any other purpose, you are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent.

Plans & billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The 14-day trial is free; you are charged only if you continue past the trial.
  • Cancel anytime from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Phone numbers provisioned for your account incur carrier charges billed through your subscription.

Service availability

RingBack depends on third-party carriers and providers. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for missed calls or messages caused by carrier outages or failures outside our control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, send spam, or abuse the service. You may cancel at any time.
